The national general commerce is managed and operated by corporations based in Shanghai, Qingdao, Hunan, and Xishuangbanna. Côte d'Ivoire, Malaysia, Thailand, and Laos have respective production facilities. Investment and operating funds are assigned by the Hong Kong headquarters to the four production bases, which are directly managed and operated by professionals stationed in each location. Mainland (Myanmar) and Mainland (Vietnam), the two suppliers of raw materials, has a primary competitiveness by leveraging on the advantages of their processing facilities and the accessibility of raw materials in their home.
